1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with the individual company Global Trendtrading, robichon.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the steps provided for this purpose in the ordering process and use the explained correction aids. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The receipt of the order is confirmed together with the acceptance of the order immediately after it has been sent by an automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract has come about.
A binding contract can also be formed beforehand as follows:

If you have chosen credit card payment, the contract is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.
If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal.

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view and download the General Terms and Conditions here on this page at any time. You can view your past orders in our customer login.

3. Terms of Delivery

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

4. Payment

Various payment methods are available in our shop:

Payment in advance
If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit card
Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order.

PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (exception if guest access). You'll get more information during the ordering process.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

6. Damage in transit

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory right to liability for defects shall apply.

In the case of used items, the limitation period for claims for defects is one year from delivery of the goods.

The above restrictions and shortening of deadlines do not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

8. Liability

We are always fully liable for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely on (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded limited, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.

For the rest, claims for damages are excluded.
